McCord carried 10-year-old Sajad Mutashar in his arms to a military vehicle seeking military care. Sajad had been in a van that was fired upon by U.S. Apache attack helicopters in Iraq, as seen in the infamous footage posted to Wikileaks on April 5, 2010.
